Well, the house’ plot is divided into three areas namely dense vegetation towards the street, a large open space at the front and an open pine forest at the back of the plot. However, according to the designer there is an offshoot from ‘Utrechtse Heuvelrug’ dune that lays on the north side of the plot that resulted in a six meter height difference.
